Programme Overview 

Every day, professionals face ethical choices that might seem minor but can have lasting consequences. Often, we justify small compromises—a little exaggeration on a resume, a white lie to please a client—convincing ourselves they’re harmless. However, these actions can gradually shape our behaviour, making it easier to bend or ignore ethical boundaries over time. 

This programme aims to bring awareness to these subtle ethical slips. By learning to recognize and resist rationalizations, participants will sharpen their judgment and strengthen their sense of integrity, cultivating a commitment to honesty, accountability, and professionalism that enhances personal growth and workplace culture.
