Programme Overview
People naturally pay close attention to others’ body language such as gestures, posture, and facial expressions, this includes the words we use, tone and volume. All these convey powerful messages to those we interact with.
Interestingly, research suggests that our body language may also influence our hormones, potentially affecting our decision-making and attitudes toward risk. In other words, how we communicate physically is just as important as the content of our words.
Yet despite our focus on interpreting body language, we often remain surprisingly unaware of our own. This can largely be attributed to the challenges of to the challenges in understanding and recognizing our true selves.
